DG33 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the dg33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. DG33 takes these requirements seriously and reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DG33 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check the laws that apply to you before registering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your dg33 account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You may only hold one dg33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the dg33 platform.

DG33 may request identity verification documents at any point. This is a standard part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required to protect both players and the platform from fraud and misuse. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

02 Account Responsibilities

DG33 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. 03 Deposits and Withdrawals

DG33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All transactions on dg33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your dg33 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. DG33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• DG33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies equally to all players.
• Funds in your dg33 account are held separately from company funds and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

• Once a bet is confirmed and the round has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, dg33 will void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved.
• DG33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error on the platform.

• DG33 monitors gameplay for patterns consistent with abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion. Any account found to be engaging in such behaviour will be suspended pending investigation.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dg33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the dg33 platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the dg33 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access parts of the dg33 platform that are not intended for general player access.

07 Responsible Gaming

DG33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available free of charge in your account settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.

• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the dg33 platform. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

DG33's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

DG33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases:

• DG33 will notify the player of the suspension or termination and the reason for it, where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
• Any balance held in a suspended account will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released in full.
• If a breach is confirmed, dg33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including both real money and bonus funds.

11 Amendments to These Terms
